Open Deposit Funds from your account.
Enter the amount you want to deposit and select the exact USDT network.
Send USDT only to the BetGenuine address shown for the selected network.
Upload your payment proof and, when available, provide the transaction hash.
The deposit remains Pending until BetGenuine verifies the payment.
Once confirmed, the amount is credited to your Spendable Balance.
Deposited Spendable Balance can be used for BetGenuine services but cannot be withdrawn.

Only BetGenuine Prize Balance is withdrawable.
Deposited Spendable Balance cannot be withdrawn.
Before requesting a withdrawal, save your USDT address and network under Account Settings → Payment Settings.
When a withdrawal is submitted, the requested amount moves from Prize Balance to Pending Withdrawal.
BetGenuine reviews the request before payment.
If approved and paid, the transaction reference will appear in your withdrawal history.
If rejected, the full amount is automatically returned to your Prize Balance.

Correct Score competitions may require perfect predictions and can limit the number of winners.
After all matches are settled, BetGenuine finalizes the competition and freezes the winners.
Cash prizes are credited directly to the winner's Prize Balance.
Prize Balance can then be withdrawn through the Withdrawal section.

Choose a Silver or Gold package from the Premium section. Once payment is successfully processed and the subscription is active, eligible Premium selections appear inside your account under VIP Picks.

How do manual deposits work?

Choose the amount and USDT network, send funds to the exact BetGenuine address displayed, upload your payment proof and submit it for verification. The deposit becomes Spendable Balance only after BetGenuine confirms it.

Why is my deposit still pending?

A manual deposit remains pending until the payment proof and blockchain transfer have been reviewed. Network congestion, missing transaction information or an unclear payment proof can make verification take longer.

What is Prize Balance?

Prize Balance contains eligible winnings funded by BetGenuine, including supported Predict & Win cash prizes. Unlike deposited Spendable Balance, Prize Balance can be withdrawn.

How do withdrawals work?

Save a supported USDT payout address and network in Account Settings, then request a withdrawal from your available Prize Balance. The amount is locked while the request is reviewed and is either paid or returned if rejected.

What are the Predict & Win rules?

Rules vary by competition. Each competition displays its format, required predictions, prize structure and scoring. Individual fixtures close 10 minutes before kickoff, and entries cannot be changed after they lock.

How do I recover my password or account?

Use Forgot Password from the BetGenuine login page. If you still cannot access your account, start a Support conversation and provide enough information for the team to investigate the account safely.

What is the BetGenuine refund policy?

Unused Premium purchases may be eligible for a refund within the applicable refund period. Once Premium content or services have been used, refunds may no longer be available.
