A move for Osimhen in January proved impossible after he committed his full focus to Napoli<\/a> for the remainder of the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The striker is gearing up to hopefully fire Nigeria to AFCON glory against Ivory Coast this weekend, having managed just one goal in six appearances during the Super Eagles’ run to the final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osimhen has endured an injury-hit season but has still managed eight goals in 18 appearances across Serie A and the Champions League.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although that is a far cry from his 31-goal haul in 39 games last term, clubs will still be queuing up to prize him away this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victor Osimhen: Price tag and contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Osimhen signed a new contract at Napoli in December, extending his deal until 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forward’s deal is said to include a release clause that’s worth \u00a3112million, paving the way for a potential summer exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victor Osimhen: Teams interested <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Osimhen has been attracting interest from all over Europe as well as from overseas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arsenal<\/a> and Chelsea<\/a> have both been linked with the Napoli star for the last few months as they look to bring in a new frontman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

talkSPORT previously reported that the Blues were eyeing a move for Osimhen in January but that a summer offer was more likely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that remains the case, with Todd Boehly<\/a> expected to bring out his chequebook at the end of the season after keeping it closed last month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Mirror<\/a>, the Gunners are also interested, having previously met with Osimhen’s representatives back in 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikel Arteta<\/a> is keen to sign a striker and is said to be interested in bringing in the reigning Serie A Golden Boot winner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manchester United<\/a> have also been linked while both Real Madrid<\/a> and Paris Saint-Germain<\/a> have appeared as potential destinations for Osimhen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osimhen confirmed that the decision over his future has already been made<\/a> as he commented on rumours at the start of AFCON. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The striker told CBS: \u201cI have already made my decision on the next step to do at the end of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI already made up my mind. I already have my plan, I know what I want to do, the next step I want to take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
